In 2025, Troy and his wife Joy decided it was time to retire. But they weren’t about to hand off their life's work to just anyone. That’s when they met Kyle Doke — a technician-turned-entrepreneur with a passion for home services and a clear vision for what great HVAC service should look like.
A New Name, The Same Commitment
When Kyle took over the business, he rebranded it as Vortex Comfort Solutions — but the mission stayed the same: deliver honest, top-tier service without the pressure sales, gimmicks, or guesswork.
Kyle brings more than a decade of experience in the HVAC world, plus a background in home remodeling and insurance. He knows the value of trust and the importance of keeping families safe, comfortable, and informed when it comes to their heating and cooling systems.

With a degree from Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee and over 12 years in the HVAC and home services space, Kyle brings a unique mix of technical knowledge and business insight. His hands-on experience and love for the home improvement world led him to take this leap — reimagining a well-established company for the next generation.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys remodeling homes and spending time with his family. He’s driven by faith, family, and a belief that great service starts with treating people right.
