In 2025, Troy passed the torch to Kyle Doke, an Oklahoma State University–trained HVAC professional with over a decade of industry experience. After years as an insurance agent and home remodeler, Kyle returned to HVAC with a vision: to build a company focused on honesty, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships — something he can pass down to his children.
